6. Delivery, Risk & Title
6.1 Delivery
Goods will be delivered to the physical address specified during the order process within Kuwait.
6.2 Pass of Risk
The risk of loss or damage to products passes to the Customer upon successful delivery or first attempt of delivery to the specified address.
Title and ownership pass to the customer upon full payment receipt.
7. Consumer Protection & Return Policy
In accordance with Kuwait Consumer Protection Law No. 39/2014:
Customers are entitled to exchange or return defective or non-compliant products within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is returned in its original condition, packaging, and accompanied by the original purchase invoice.
